Psalmist and Praise and Worship Leader

_{Minister Courtney Nelson is a native of Blythewood, SC. She is the daughter of Bishop  Kevin and Linda Nelson. Minister Nelson  received her high school diploma from Ridge View HS in Columbia, SC and is a graduate of Winthrop University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is currently employed with MV Solutions  as a Customer Service Representative for the SC Department of Motor Vehicles.}

_{Minister Nelson serves diligently within the church, serving as the Fruit of the Spirit Praise and Worship Leader, Youth Sunday school teacher, in the Leaders of Tomorrow children’s ministry, and the Vice President of the F.O.T.S Singles Ministry. She also uses her gift of dance to uplift and edify the body of Christ. Minister Nelson loves the Lord with all of her  heat and wants nothing more than to please God and to encourage others to live for Christ also.}

_{Her favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6, which reads, “Trust in the Lord with all of thine heart, and lean not to your own understanding; in all of thy ways acknowledge Him, and he will direct thy path.” Minister Nelson believes that it is God’s will that we do what we were created to do which is to worship Him with every part of who we are. That includes our mind, body and spirit. Her motto on life is to live on purpose, laugh often, and love unconditionally!}
